Powercrafter Warranty
Powercrafter warrants the Powercrafter PC205E tool to be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty is the only written or express warranty given by Powercrafter.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which may vary from state to state. ANY OTHER RIGHT WHICH YOU MAY HAVE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
During the initial 12 month period after original purchase, defective product (specifically the
tool turbine) may be brought or sent to Powercrafter for free repair or replacement at our option. For lifetime, the tool body can be returned for free repair or replacement.
This warranty
does not apply to any product which has been subject to misuse, neglect, abuse, or accident. IN NO EVENT SHALL POWERCRAFTER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Some states
do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
